Terms and Conditions

Freshers Fest is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

People enjoying Freshers Fest
  1. Photographic proof of age (driving license or passport) and Student ID (when obtained from a University) are required for entry to all evening events. Over 18s only. NO ID NO ENTRY!
  2. The Right to Refuse Entry is reserved.
  3. Ticketed entry to evening events is only valid until the time stated on the ticket. Entry cannot be guaranteed and a surcharge may be payable after this time.
  4. Tickets are not transferable between events.
  5. Tickets are valid for 1st year students only.
  6. Normal venue entry policy applies.
  7. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
