Your Tickets
- How do I get my tickets and t-shirt?
- Your Freshers Fest tickets and t-shirt will be available to collect from your hall of residence on arrival to Birmingham. All other tickets will be posted to you.
- I am not staying in a hall of residence. How do I get my Freshers Fest tickets?
- The Freshers Off Campus Society will arrange several times when you can collect your tickets from them. You will be emailed these times just before Freshers.
- The site says I have to collect my non-Freshers Fest tickets. Why?
- After 07/09/11 we cannot guarantee being able to post your tickets to you in time for Freshers. Your non-Freshers Fest tickets will be available to collect from Joes Bar at the Guild of Students on Sunday 19th September (2pm onwards).
- Why do I still have to pay postage if I am collecting my non-Freshers Fest tickets?
- The postage cost covers the administration of preparing your tickets for collect.
- The website says that the online store has sold out. Can I still get tickets?
- It may be possible to buy tickets on arrival at Birmingham, however the available tickets are strictly limited. To ensure you get tickets, you are strongly recommended to buy tickets online in good time before Freshers starts.
- Can you reserve me tickets?
- It is not possible to reserve tickets - tickets are for sale on a first come first served basis.
Registration
- How do I register?
- Registration is on www.guildtickets.co.uk where you buy your tickets.
- Why is it important you have my correct hall of residence?
- Your purchased Freshers Fest tickets and t-shirt will be available for you to collect on arrival at your hall of residence. We need to make sure that your hall has a correct list of people with tickets.
- How do I change my hall of residence?
- You can change your hall of residence by logging onto the Guild Ticket website and going to "My Details".
- But I don't know what hall of residence I am in yet?
- When you register during checkout, just select "I do not know yet" from the hall dropdown list. You will need to make sure you update your hall before Freshers starts.
- I am living at home or in private housing - which hall do I select?
- Select "Off Campus (FOCSOC)" - FOCSOC (Freshers Off Campus Society) is a society for first year students who don't live in a hall of residence.
- I am buying tickets for my son/daughter.
- During registration, please enter your son/daughters details - including their email address. If you do not have access to their email account (for example if they are travelling), please contact support@freshersfest.com 3-4 hours after purchase, and we can confirm that the transaction has been completed correctly.
- I am in Queens Hospital Close, but I cannot find that option.
- If you are in Queens Hospital Close, please select "FOCSOC" as your hall of residence.
Checkout
- What address do I enter during checkout?
- The best address to use if your home address. Non-Freshers Fest tickets are posted out to this address before Freshers starts. If you live abroad, your tickets will be held for you to collect on arrival at Birmingham.
- I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
- Email support@freshersfest.com with your order number, your old address and your new address. We can only change your address if your tickets have not already been posted.
- What is your refund policy?
- In general we are unable to refund your purchase. However in exceptional circumstances we may consider a refund. If you wish to apply for a refund please contact support@freshersfest.com. Please note that no refunds will be considered after 07/09/11
